Div Pillay

Div Pillay is an accomplished leader and advocate for diversity and inclusion with a robust portfolio of roles primarily focused on social impact and organizational change. Pillay serves as an Appointed Member on the Strategic Planning & Projects Committee at CQUniversity and as a Governor and Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at AmCham Australia. As the CEO and Co-Founder of MindTribes, Pillay drives initiatives aimed at creating systemic change and enhancing inclusivity within organizations. Additional contributions include serving as a Program Lead for Monash Business School, Board Director at VicHealth and STREAT, and being an ICMI keynote speaker. Pillay's educational background includes multiple advanced degrees in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, and Coaching, complemented by a commitment to fostering cultural diversity and empowering underrepresented voices through initiatives such as the podcast "Business in Colour."
