Rosemary Condron-Calic

Rosemary Condron-Calic is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in retail and real estate sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of Property Management at Vicinity Centres, Rosemary previously held the position of National Portfolio Manager for Retail Services at ISPT, where leadership was provided to the retail investment management team for the Core Fund. Prior roles include Precinct Manager at The University of Sydney, Divisional Director of Retail at The GPT Group, and Senior Vice President of Mall Management & Leasing at Tesco Property Co China. Rosemary also has experience as State Property Manager for Coles Supermarkets at Wesfarmers and as Manager for the Southern Region at Coles Myer Property. An early career at Westfield highlighted expertise as a Centre Manager across various locations. Rosemary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Charles Sturt University and is a graduate of La Sainte Union, Banagher, Ireland.
