Shamayla Islam

Shamayla Islam is a Senior Product Manager at Vicor Corporation since May 2023, previously serving as a Product Engineer at Samsung Austin Semiconductor from January 2022 to January 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Product Test Engineer at NXP Semiconductors from January 2018 to December 2021, and undertaking internships at Fortemedia and EtherCom Corporation in 2017. Shamayla began a career in academia as a Laboratory Instructor and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at North South University, providing support to students in electrical engineering courses from 2012 to 2015. Shamayla holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North South University.
