Goran Jovanovic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information management and technology, currently serving as Principal Consultant at Ducere Consulting and as Information Management and Technology Manager at VicRoads since February 2014. Prior to these roles, Goran held various senior leadership positions at ESTA, including IT &T Engagement Manager, Interim CIO Head of Technology, and General Manager Managed Services, demonstrating a robust track record in project execution and technology management from February 2006 to October 2013. Goran began the career at Intergraph, progressing from Network/Systems Engineer to Technical Manager, further solidifying expertise in technology services and project management from 1997 until February 2006.

The Victorian Government has made an in-principle decision to progress a joint venture model to support the delivery of VicRoads’ Registration and Licensing (R&L), and Custom Plates services. The purpose of a joint venture is to modernise a number of VicRoads services to make them more user-friendly for motorists and deliver value for money for Victorians.
