Ben worked at Greene King as an Assistant Manager in 2007 before returning to Victim Support as a District Manager in 2008. In 2009, they joined Whitbread again as a General Manager. In 2012, Ben started their journey with Victim Support by holding various roles, including Locality Trainer and Materials Developer, Service Delivery Training Manager, Learning Design and Quality Manager, and currently, as the Head of Learning and Development.
