Martyn Herward has a range of experience in the nonprofit sector. Martyn started their career in 1997 as an Assistant Manager at the Stoke-on-Trent Citizens Advice Bureau, where they worked until 2001. From 2002 to 2007, they served as the Chief Officer and Area Director at Victim Support Staffordshire, overseeing all aspects of the charity. In 2007, they joined Victim Support, taking on various roles including Regional Manager, National Project Manager, Head of Programme Management, Head of Business Support, Service Director (Support Services), and Director of Support Services. Currently, Martyn Herward is the Director of Business Services at Victim Support.
Martyn Herward obtained a Law Degree with Honors (LLB) from the University of Wolverhampton in 1995. Martyn then pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice at Staffordshire University from 1995 to 1996. In 2005, they completed a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Staffordshire University.
