Engy El-Saban is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as CEO and Commercial Director at Victory Link since January 2013, Engy oversees strategy implementation and fosters relationships with senior decision-makers. Prior roles at Victory Link include VAS Director and Country Manager, where Engy led marketing initiatives, researched service and application innovations, and managed the development of VAS platforms. Prior experience includes a software development role at ARPU+, specializing in VAS services. Engy holds a Mini MBA from Telecoms Academy in Dubai and is currently pursuing a Corporate Directors Certification at The American University in Cairo, alongside a strong academic background in computer science.
