Melinda Giovengo is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and program management, currently serving as a Senior Fellow at Harvard University since January 2022 and as Chief Program Officer at Victory Programs since October 2021. Prior to these roles, Melinda was the Chief Executive Officer at YouthCare Seattle from November 2006 to September 2021, where the organization focused on engaging, stabilizing, and preparing homeless youth for life, establishing itself as a leader in the field for nearly 40 years. Earlier in Melinda's career, the individual worked at King County Work Training from April 1996 to October 2006. Melinda holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Washington and two master's degrees in Existential Phenomenological Psychology and Therapeutic Psychology from Seattle University, along with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Dallas.
