Ian Beresford started their work experience in 2004 as a Business Unit Manager at Tarmac, where they had commercial responsibility for the Highways Market Sector. Ian later became an Area Production Manager at the same company. In 2007, they joined British Gypsum as a Performance Improvement Manager and later became a Quality Engineer. In 2011, they moved to Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics as a Product Manager for Foams & Tapes. In 2016, they joined Essentra and served as a Global Product Manager and later as the Head of Marketing & Development for Tapes until 2023. Ian is currently working at Victrex as the Global Strategic Marketing Manager (E&I).
