Michal Grundland has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2011, they started working for The Israel Football Association as the Head of Media Operations, leading international partnerships and managing media activities. In 2016, they interned at Weksler, Bregman & Co. Advocates. In 2017, they worked as a TV Presenter and content creator at Reshet.tv, and also interned at Fischer (FBC & Co.) law firm. In 2018, they held roles at Giro d'Italia and Bellator MMA as a Media Operations Manager and Strategy and Media Operations respectively. In 2019, they became the VP of Business Development at Insoundz, responsible for partnerships and executing company strategy. In 2020, they were a Mentor at HYPE Sports Innovation. Since 2022, they have been working at UEFA as a Futsal Delegate and in various roles related to the UCLF Festival. In 2022, they also joined Videocites as the Head of Business Development, and in 2023, they will assume the position of Vice President of Business Development.
Michal Grundland began their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Ono Academic College, which they pursued from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they also gained certification as a Mediator from the same institution in March 2015. In 2015, they briefly attended ISDE, where they focused on Communications and Media Operations in addition to pursuing an Executive Master in International Sports Law (LLB, MLB). Moving forward, in December 2017, they acquired their Lawyer certification from the Israel Bar Association. Later, in 2018, they pursued a Diploma in Business Administration and Management, focusing on Executive Board Membership, at Reichman University. Additionally, in May 2018, Michal obtained a Director certification from IDC Herzliya.
