Johnny Michael

Johnny Michael has extensive experience in technical training and curriculum development, currently serving as a Technical Trainer at Videojet Technologies since November 2015. Prior to this role, Johnny worked as a contractor for Unisys Corporation, where responsibilities included onboarding and training over 200 Service Desk Agents. Previous positions include Training Specialist at Cbeyond, Instructor II at General Dynamics C4 Systems, and Lead Training Engineer at Ciena Corporation, among others. Johnny has consistently demonstrated expertise in developing training programs and courseware across various technical domains, supported by an educational background in Electronics Technology and Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
