David Jourdan

David Jourdan has extensive experience in IT management and automation, currently serving as Directeur CoE Orchestration & Automatisation DEV/OPS, systèmes et plateformes at Vidéotron since November 2021. Previously, David held the position of Directeur Infrastructure TI from June 2015 to January 2020, overseeing ITSM process governance and major incident management. Earlier roles include Gestionnaire Principal TI, managing a team of 25 technical advisors to support over 10,000 internal clients, and Conseiller Principal TI in service requests. David is pursuing a Certificat in Gestion et supervision des opérations at HEC Montréal and holds a BTS in Informatique de gestion from Valence Greta.
