Pragya Singh is a legal professional with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from National Law University, Odisha, and a Bachelor of Laws degree focusing on Constitutional Law and Intellectual Property Rights from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. Pragya has been serving as a Research Fellow in the Legal Design and Regulations Vertical at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy since April 2021. Prior to this role, Pragya worked as a Research Assistant for the Government of Chhattisgarh from August 2018 to July 2019.
Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy
The Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy is an independent think-tank doing legal research to make better laws and improve governance for the public good. We engage with Ministries in the Government of India, State governments, Standing Committees of Parliament, other agencies and instrumentalities of the state, either at Union or State level, advising on proposed legislation and regulation, assist in legislative drafting and provide independent critical analyses of existing law and policy with recommendations for reform.
