Key Responsibilities: 

• Establish a complete understanding of VIDIZMO products features, use cases, target industries, and markets

• Develop an in-depth understanding of VIDIZMO Enterprise Video & Digital Media Solutions, its target industries, markets, and buyer personas

• Define the scope and objectives of the documentation.

• Determine the types of documents needed (user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, etc.).

• Focus on user needs and ensure that documentation is user-centric and accessible.

• Regularly produce technology marketing content and maintain product knowledgebase in various forms such as http://help.vidizmo.com

• Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents that explains product features, functionalities, and usage.

• Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for Vidizmo's products and services.

• Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements 

  

We welcome candidates from diverse industries and educational backgrounds, as long as you possess a strong technical acumen and an innate eye for detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering
• Ability to understand and write about topics such as video, streaming, networks, digital media, artificial intelligence, cognitive services, cloud computing, and business applications.
• Strong technical knowledge of web application methodologies.
• Must have excellent written English communication skills and be technically adept enough to probe and ask the right questions.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with the ability to articulate competitive differentiators and value propositions on both technical and business levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
