Deeksha Goel has extensive work experience in operations management at Vidyamandir Classes. Deeksha started working at the company in 2016 as a Senior Executive-Operations, and held this position until October 2019. Following this, they were promoted to the role of Operations Manager and served in this position until December 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Manager-Operations(Head office), starting in January 2022.

Later, from 2018 to 2020, they enrolled in Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
