Jessie Chung

Jessie Chung is a Senior People Operations Specialist at Vidyard since November 2024, responsible for managing various aspects of People Operations, including compensation, benefits, performance, and HR compliance. Prior to this, Jessie held the position of HRIS Support at Robert Half, assisting with the migration of an HRIS system for KidsAbility. From November 2021 to June 2024, Jessie served as People Operations Specialist at DigitalEd, managing employee lifecycle processes and providing HR guidance during a leadership transition. Jessie’s earlier experience includes roles at OpenText, where responsibilities ranged from supporting HR policies for over 2000 employees to managing high volumes of HR inquiries, and Bridgit, where recruitment and onboarding support were provided. Jessie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business from Simon Fraser University.
