Minh Le is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR partnerships. At VieON, Minh Le served as an HRBP Supervisor, responsible for HR partnerships within the Digital Ventures segment, managing approximately 300 headcounts. Prior to that role, Minh Le focused on employer branding and talent acquisition as an HRBP Specialist. Minh Le's previous experience includes serving as a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist at iHouzz, leading recruitment efforts for technology positions, and as a Human Resources Generalist, overseeing HR operations during a startup phase. Minh Le also held the position of Human Resources Executive at VAN PHAT GROUP, managing recruitment and employee branding initiatives. Beginning a career in customer care as an Interior Design Consultant at Qi Concept Design and Construction, Minh Le has developed a diverse skill set across various HR and consultancy roles.
