Currently serving as the Head of Business at VieON since February 2024, Pham Thuy has successfully doubled year-over-year revenue, reinforcing the platform's position in Vietnam's OTT market. Prior experience includes serving as CEO of CEOSKY Music JSC from November 2017 to October 2023, where extreme growth in revenue and market leadership were achieved through innovative strategies. As Shopping Mall Director for CENTRAL Group of Companies, a role held from August 2016 to October 2017, management of 30 BigC shopping malls led to a significant income increase. Serving as Deputy CEO at Lingo from July 2015 to August 2016, restructuring efforts resulted in remarkable growth of monthly sales, while the role of Deputy Managing Director at VinMart saw the rapid launch of multiple supermarkets. Educational credentials include a Certificate of Leadership from Harvard Business School and a Master's degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
