Tran Cong Nghiep is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in engineering and maintenance roles. Currently serving as Engineering Director at VietJet Air since May 2019, Tran also holds the positions of Deputy Maintenance Organization Director and Deputy Technical Director. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Jetstar Pacific from July 2011 to May 2019, where responsibilities encompassed Head of Quality Assurance and Chief Technical Officer. Transitioning from earlier roles at Jetstar Pacific AJC and Pacific Airlines AJC, Tran has built a solid foundation in engineering management, having been responsible for compliance with CAA of Vietnam regulations. Tran holds a Mini MBA from THE OXFORD CENTRE FOR LEADERSHIP and a professional certification from Bureau Veritas, complemented by a degree from Polytechnic University of Ho Chi Minh City.
