HỒ Tường Vinh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Head of Innovation Lab and Chief Technology Officer at VietSoftware International Career since April 2008. In addition, HỒ Tường Vinh has been a Lecturer and Researcher at the French-Speaking Institute of Computer Sciences in Ha Noi, Viet Nam, since October 2000. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal and the University of Montreal, a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Quebec, and an Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering from Hanoi University of Sciences and Technology.

The company’s philosophy of collaborative partnerships means that the win-win customer relation. We work in software consulting and services. We also develop our software products for scalable markets globally. Our historical software outsourcing service started in 2003 with IBM USA projects of those many are going on today (August 1, 2019). We have invested in VJP Co. Ltd (http://vjpco.com/ ) for a sustainable business development with Japan customers in AI, data science, and other long term commitments. In Vietnam we are strategic consulting and service partner of banks and insurances company. The main area of service include SOA/ESB and BPM, internet banking and mobile banking. We partner with IBM, Oracle, TIBCO to provide professional services to Vietcombank , Vietinbank , General Department of Taxation, BIDV, VP Bank, VIB, PVCombank, BigC, Maritime bank, TP bank, BIDV MetLife and Vietnam Customs. We are in our transformation to become a technology house. The first blockchain-based software products is TraXem (i.e. track and view, https://traxem.vn/) for bank saving accounts, for supply chain management, and for agriculture production export. The skill sets of mobile backend and Node JS are now introduced via the product FlockFace (https://products.vsi-international.com/product/flockface/ ) and in the next move on Flock Tour for tour plan and track on the move. Other initiatives and product developments are undergoing, such as SAP HCM DataBridge, Dashboard tools, etc will be soon announced in 2019 or early 2020.
