Trinh Cong Chinh

Trinh Cong Chinh possesses extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over 17 years in various roles. Currently serving as the Chief of Human Resources Department for a subsidiary of Viettel Group since May 2010, Trinh has advised the Board of Directors on all HR activities for overseas markets, including Tanzania and Mozambique, managing a workforce of 1000 to 1500 employees. Prior to this role, Trinh held positions as a Human Resources Specialist at both the European Plastics Window Company Ltd (Eurowindow) and Cavico Viet Nam, focusing on recruitment processes and salary management, respectively. Trinh's career began as an HR Officer at Vinaconex Advanced Compound Stone JSC (Vicostone), emphasizing salary calculations. Academically, Trinh holds a certificate in Chief of Human Resource Department from Viettel Academy and a degree in Human Resource Management from National Economics University in Vietnam.
