Kristy Bailey

Kristy Bailey is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and benefits administration. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Generalist/Benefits Specialist at View, Inc. since August 2019, Kristy manages comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, and leave of absence administration across various company locations. Previous roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter and Pharmacy Scheduler at Walgreens, where Kristy coordinated pharmacist scheduling and managed HR responsibilities. Kristy began a career at the Internal Revenue Service as a Tax Examiner, where duties included taxpayer assistance and data management. Kristy holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Southwest Tennessee Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Memphis.
