Jeremy Tentis

Jeremy Tentis possesses extensive experience in desktop support and engineering, with a career spanning over 17 years in various roles across multiple companies. Currently, Tentis serves as a Ramp Agent at Quantem Aviation Services while maintaining a position as a Hosted Ops Engineer at Viewpoint since March 2018. Previously, Tentis worked at Roche NimbleGen Inc. as a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician, where responsibilities included providing technical support for over 100 employees, onboarding new hires, and managing software and hardware troubleshooting. Tentis has also contributed to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and held positions at Tolt Service Group, IBM, PlumChoice, NCR Corporation, and PDS Paragon Development Systems, focusing on desktop support, remote support, hardware installation, and network management. Tentis holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
