Navinthran Gopal has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Navinthran started their career as a Client Support Representative at NCR Corporation in 2006, providing IT support to both technical and non-technical personnel. Navinthran then worked as a Customer Support Representative at Affiliated Computer Systems, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
In 2010, Navinthran joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Service Delivery Consultant, delivering technical support to SHELL customers worldwide and monitoring service performance. Navinthran later joined Miki Travel in 2014 as a Service Desk Engineer, providing technical support.
Navinthran joined ViewQwest in 2016 and held various roles there. Navinthran started as a NOC Engineer, reporting technical challenges and serving as a liaison between different support groups during system outages. Navinthran then became a Team Lead for NOC Engineers, training and mentoring the team and proactively using monitoring tools to identify production issues. In 2018, Navinthran transitioned to the role of Field/Client Engineer, where they assisted with estimating project scopes, conducted inspections, and provided technical and service delivery support. Navinthran currently holds the position of Team Lead - Field/Client Engineer at ViewQwest, leading the implementation of work standards, project schedules, and employee training.
Throughout their career, Navinthran has consistently demonstrated strong technical skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Navinthran Gopal pursued their education from 2002 to 2004 at UNITAR International University. During this time, they studied Information Technology, but unfortunately, they did not complete their degree.
