Ben Raynak serves as the Sr. Director of Contracts at Vigil Neuroscience since January 2025, following a decade-long tenure at Akebia Therapeutics where Ben held various leadership positions in legal affairs, culminating as Sr. Director. At Akebia, Ben provided strategic legal guidance across multiple departments, managed contractual negotiations, and oversaw clinical trial contracting strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Mass General Brigham, where Ben managed contractual needs for the AIDS Clinical Trial Group, and various positions in contracts management within research departments. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Relations from Clark University and completed an Intensive Portuguese Immersion program at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
