The extensive and complex contract specifications required to support the firm's contract obligations to the Department of the Army and Navy, US Marshalls service and Drug Enforcement Administration, FAA and other agencies required higher operational standards and a robust infrastructure that included establishing a rigid employment screening and selection process, multifaceted training and career development programs and compliance management.
