Timothy later became a Training & Development lead at Charter Communications from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are employed at VIGILINT, where they are involved in providing health protection solutions and serving as a Human Resource professional.
Timothy G. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in U.S. Law/Legal Studies/Jurisprudence from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Timothy also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Durham Technical Community College.
In 2021, Timothy obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Duke University. Timothy also acquired additional certifications, including Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management from HRCI in May 2022, Notary Public Commission from the State of North Carolina in November 2021, and SHRM Membership from SHRM in November 2021. In 2022, Timothy began pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management through entry courses at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
