D'Metris Welters

D'Metris Welters is an experienced professional in public health and community engagement, currently serving as a Community Liaison and Pod Leader at ViiV Healthcare since September 2023, where responsibilities include team mentorship and alignment with business objectives. As a Public Health Consultant at D'Sserts, Etc. since December 2017, D'Metris develops culturally relevant training materials and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance program design and capacity. Previously, D'Metris held leadership roles at Abounding Prosperity, Inc., overseeing program management and housing services, and worked at the University of Connecticut as a Research Assistant. A background in grants management and prevention services has been established through roles at NAESM Inc. and Metro Wellness and Community Centers.
