Todd Toma

Todd Toma, Ed.D., MBA, currently serves as the US Field Leadership Strategy & Capability Development at ViiV Healthcare, where responsibilities include creating and delivering strategy across US ViiV Sales and Market Access Leadership teams since July 2023. Previously, Todd held the position of Head of Global Oncology Commercial Capabilities at GSK, leading initiatives for commercial excellence in oncology. Todd's extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry includes various leadership roles at Novartis Oncology, such as Area Leader II for the Hematology Franchise and Associate Director for Hematology Marketing, where Todd successfully managed product launches and training programs. Todd began a career at Novartis and sanofi-aventis, focusing on sales and training development. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Organizational Learning from Vanderbilt University, an MBA in Marketing from Regis University, and a BS in Healthcare Administration from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
