Damaris Waceke Kamau

Damaris Waceke Kamau is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over 15 years in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as a Cook at Viking since November 2022, Damaris has gained experience aboard Viking Sky, specializing in Mamsens breakfast and lunch preparation. Previously, Damaris held the position of Chef de Partie at Losessia Resort from August 2020 to November 2022, where strategic leadership was provided to manage daily operations and culinary staff. Damaris has also held significant roles such as Senior Chef de Partie at Golden Tulip Hotels and Chef de Partie at Allterrain Services Group, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality food preparation and staff training.
