Jessica Mani Schreiber

Jessica Mani Schreiber currently serves as VP, Corporate Counsel at Viking since August 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at Ruggable, including Acting General Counsel and VP of Legal, from April 2021 to August 2024, and Assistant General Counsel. Before Ruggable, Jessica worked as a Corporate Associate at Kirkland & Ellis from March 2019 to April 2021, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and capital markets. Jessica's experience also includes five years at Proskauer Rose LLP as a Corporate Associate Attorney, where responsibilities spanned mergers and acquisition transactions, corporate governance, and real estate. Jessica completed a Juris Doctor degree at USC Gould School of Law from 2012 to 2015, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, and studied Business Administration abroad at Esade in 2011.
