Alex Zhang began their work experience in 1998 as an Outfitting Designer at Jiangnan Shipyard. Alex then worked as a Sales Engineer at EAC Shanghai, Marine Dept. from 2000 to 2002. Alex joined MacGREGOR (FIN) Oy as a Contract Manager in 2002 and transitioned to VIKING Life-Saving Equipment A/S as a Senior Sales from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they became a Marine Sales Manager at ZF. Alex then worked as a Senior Sales Manager at Bakker Sliedrecht & Bakker Repair+Services from 2013 to 2018. Currently, they are the Sales & Service Director, China at VIKING Life-Saving Equipment A/S.
Alex Zhang received a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology from 1994 to 1998. Later, from 2006 to 2008, Alex pursued an MBA degree from BI Norwegian Business School.
