James McIntyre has extensive work experience in the pest control industry. James started their career in 2005 with Viking Termite and Pest Control, where they worked as a Service Technician and later as a Service Manager. In these roles, they serviced large and sensitive accounts, trained new technicians, and provided leadership to the staff. James joined Viking Pest Control in 2016 as a Branch Manager, responsible for the NJ North region. James then moved up to become the Director of Operational Excellence and finally the Regional Vice President of Operations.
James McIntyre attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature. James also holds additional certifications in Brand and Marketing Integration, Developing a Competitive Strategy, Motivating and Engaging Employees, and Sales Coaching, which were obtained from LinkedIn in January 2019.
