Prior experience includes a position as Shipping Lead at Theory from 2013 to 2015, and roles at Inserra Supermarkets spanning from 1999 to 2013, where Michael functioned as Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Representative. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
