Shilpa Seth

Shilpa Seth has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as AGM - Talent Management & Special Initiatives at Vikram Solar since June 2017. Shilpa has held various leadership roles within the company, including Lead - Corporate HR and Lead - Performance Management & HRBP - Global BDO, alongside a previous position as Assistant Manager - Human Resources. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Guiness Securities Limited and HR Manager at BMA Wealth Creators Ltd, as well as HR Executive at Pecon Software Limited. Shilpa's educational background includes a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University College of Science & Technology, Calcutta University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Calcutta University.
