Allison Venella

Allison Venella currently serves as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development at Villanova University, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Venella contributed to Villanova Athletics in various capacities including Associate Athletic Director, Assistant Athletic Director, Director of Student-Athlete Development, Coordinator of Student Services, and Student Services Intern from July 2009 to 2022. Venella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Villanova University, completed in 2008, followed by further education at the same institution from 2011 to 2013.
