Heather Cluley Bar-Or

Heather Cluley Bar-Or, PhD, is an experienced academic professional currently serving as an Associate Teaching Professor and Associate Director of Academics and Learning Technology at Villanova University since August 2018, following previous roles as Assistant Teaching Professor and Visiting Assistant Professor in Human Resource Development. Prior to this, Heather Cluley Bar-Or spent nearly a decade at Concordia University, where doctoral studies were completed from 2008 to 2016, culminating in a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior Studies. In the earlier part of Heather Cluley Bar-Or's career, a role as Sr Program Manager was held at Helix Medical Communications from 2005 to 2007. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from National University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion from Central Michigan University.
