Scarlett Van Blaeren has extensive experience in environmental management and development, having worked at Ville de Laval since April 2004 in various roles, including Directrice générale adjointe, Developpement et amenagement du territoire, Directrice of Service Environnement et Écocitoyenneté, and Chef de division - Action Environnement. Prior to this, Scarlett held the position of Agent de sensibilisation at Jour de la Terre from May 2003 to March 2004.
