Mark Hoffmann

Mark Hoffmann is an experienced IT project manager with a strong background in eCommerce and process optimization. Currently serving as an IT Projektmanager eCommerce at Villeroy & Boch since December 2017, Mark oversees the technical support and development of all eCommerce systems, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and is responsible for onboarding partners and marketplaces. Mark's previous roles include IT Projektmanager at MÖBEL MARTIN, where leadership in IT projects, process management, and portfolio management were key responsibilities, and a return to Villeroy & Boch as Projekt- und Prozessmanager, focusing on logistics and marketing projects. Earlier career experience includes managing software projects at RUTRONIK Electronics Worldwide and implementing ERP solutions as an IT Consultant at Bison Group. Mark holds a Diplom Betriebswirt in business administration with a focus on business informatics from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken.
