Farhan Ansari

Farhan Ansari is a Support Specialist III at Vimeo since June 2021, having previously held the position of Support Specialist II. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions from July 2020 to May 2021, where Farhan managed customer queries for Sony Picture Network India’s OTT platform, SonyLIV, and utilized Salesforce for support through various digital channels. Earlier, Farhan also served as an Associate at HGS, contributing to Hotstar's Customer Support team at their Mumbai headquarters. Farhan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rizvi Education Society's College of Arts Science and Commerce, completed between 2016 and 2019, along with prior education in Computer Science and SSC from the same institution and Air India Modern School, respectively.
