Minh Hieu Tran has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Minh Hieu started their career as a Customer Service Engineer at Diebold Nixdorf, where they were responsible for deploying, installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting ATM-related issues for banking partners in Vietnam. Minh Hieu then joined HDBank as a System Operations Engineer, where they operated, monitored, and troubleshooted ATM and POS systems. At VietinBank, they worked as a Senior Salesperson for several years. After that, they joined Base Business Solutions Corp. as a Sales Manager, where they focused on new business development, sales target achievement, and maintaining client relationships. Minh Hieu then moved on to AntBuddy Jsc as the Head of Sales, where they sold OmniChannel Contact Center and BeeIQ CRM solutions. Currently, they work at VinBigData as the Director of Business Development, specializing in Conversational AI, Virtual Assistant, and Computer Vision AI.
Minh Hieu Tran attended Bach Khoa University from 2006 to 2011, where they studied Telecommunications Engineering.
