Anita Sleigh is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various roles in the field. Currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at Vincentian Collaborative System since December 2018, Anita has previously held positions such as Human Resource Analyst and Human Resource Assistant within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles at Lutheran SeniorLife and RTI International Metals, where responsibilities encompassed HR support and administrative functions. Anita's career also includes significant contributions at UPMC Worksource, Geisinger Medical Center, PPL Susquehanna, and Syngenta Seeds, where expertise in staffing, compensation management, and human resource policies was demonstrated. Anita holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, these ministries offer a continuum of care for more than 500 seniors, including independent living, personal care, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. Vincentian also operates two independent living communities in the North Hills, a charitable foundation, and two childcare centers.
