Currently serving as a Senior People Operations and Engagement Specialist at Vincentian Collaborative System since January 2022, Brittney focuses on talent retention and relationship building. Prior roles include HR roles at Gateway Rehab, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes and compliance, and as an HR Business Consultant providing expertise in onboarding and training. Brittney also contributed to community outreach and fundraising efforts as a Community Relations Representative at Lifesteps, Inc. and managed talent acquisition and training as a Human Resource Manager at Giant Eagle, Inc. Brittney holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University.

Vincentian is a not-for-profit health care and human services organization that has been serving Pittsburghers of all ages for nearly 100 years. Sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, these ministries offer a continuum of care for more than 500 seniors, including independent living, personal care, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. Vincentian also operates two independent living communities in the North Hills, a charitable foundation, and two childcare centers.
