Michelle Anzelone Bulger is a seasoned professional with a strong background in program development and person-centered design at Vincentian Collaborative System since 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a trainer and event planner at PFCC Innovation Center of UPMC from 2010 to December 2016, where focus areas included patient experience and process improvement. Additionally, Michelle held the position of training coordinator and customer service development consultant at UPMC from June 2005 to March 2009, further enhancing expertise in training, development, and event planning.

Sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, these ministries offer a continuum of care for more than 500 seniors, including independent living, personal care, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. Vincentian also operates two independent living communities in the North Hills, a charitable foundation, and two childcare centers.
