Matthieu Bergey

Matthieu Bergey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in purchasing and ethics compliance, currently serving as the Senior Ethics Compliance Manager at VINCI since February 2013. In addition to overseeing a billion Euro spend and implementing comprehensive purchasing strategies focused on sustainability, ESG, and CSR, Matthieu has held key positions including Head of Purchasing, where responsibilities included the management of both direct and indirect purchasing categories and the transformation of purchasing processes. Prior to VINCI, Matthieu worked as an International Purchasing Manager at Alliance A.R.E.N.A., and as Product Manager & Quality Manager at Hugon Office, leveraging expertise in sourcing and supply chain management. Matthieu holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Arts et Métiers and a Specialised Master in Management of Operational and Financial Performance from ESCP Business School.
