Eero Tiilikainen

Eero Tiilikainen is a Senior Creative Producer and Community Lead at Vincit, where the focus is on fostering a supportive workplace culture in the Helsinki-Espoo community. Eero also serves as a Storyteller, producing films for various purposes including recruitment and marketing, with a passion for enhancing understanding of individual experiences. As the Founder of Talkfast Productions, a versatile production company, Eero creates a range of film content and collaborates with various industry professionals. In addition, Eero has a background as a freelance director, producer, and musician, and previously worked as a research assistant at Aalto University. Eero co-founded the Ida & Eero Theatre Company, contributing as a trainer, designer, and performer. Eero holds a Master of Science in Information Networks and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology, both from Aalto University.
