Prior to their career in software development, Roman worked as an Account Manager at Academic Work, where they focused on staffing, recruitment, and employer branding services. Roman also has experience in sales and leadership roles at Elisa, where they achieved significant sales growth and led successful sales teams. Roman has also worked as a B2B Sales Trainee at CGI and as a Sales Agent at Enia, where they consistently achieved top sales performance.

Roman Tcharni completed a Bachelor's Degree in B2B sales and management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2015. In 2018, they attended the Academic Work Academy Finland to pursue a degree in Software Development.
