Tuuli Nylander

Tuuli Nylander's work experience begins in 2015 as a Salesperson at WDFG. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Trainee at Elo, focusing on creating a matrix of work-related well-being risks. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Business Developer at Virta Virtuaalitoimisto Oy, where they handled office tasks and travel arrangements. From 2017 to 2018, they held roles as a Competence Manager and Sourcing Partner at Ework Group. At Academic Work, they worked as a Recruiter and Team Manager from 2018 to 2022, focusing on recruitment, client management, and team development. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as a Talent Partner and Internal Talent Manager at Nortal Finland, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and providing a smooth candidate experience. Currently, they are serving as a Partner Operating Officer at Vincit, where they are responsible for managing partnerships, framing partnership models and agreements, and leading interorganizational processes.

Tuuli Nylander received a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Vaasa, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology at Centria University of Applied Sciences, starting in 2022.
