Dieter Holst has extensive work experience in finance and controlling roles. Dieter currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at VINCORION since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Division CFO, Managing Director, and Deputy Head of Division at VINCORION from March 2017 to June 2022.

Earlier in their career, Dieter worked at Reemtsma Cigarettenfabriken GmbH, taking on roles such as Manager Controlling Region Central & Eastern Europe / Integration Manager Imperial Tobacco from March 2002 to July 2003, Team Lead Controlling Region Central Europe from January 1999 to February 2002, Business Controller Czechia, Hungary & Slovakia from August 1997 to December 1998, Production Controller Hungary & Slovakia from July 1994 to July 1997, and Investment Controller Factories from July 1992 to June 1994.
Dieter's work experience began at Airbus, where they worked as a Planning Engineer Factory Utilization from September 1989 to June 1992.
Dieter Holst obtained a Certified Accounting Specialist degree from Accovalist Institute: The Art of Accounting in 2016. Dieter also earned a Controller's Diploma from Controller Academy between 1993 and 1996. Holst completed their education in 1989, receiving a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Produktionstechnik (Industrial Engineering) from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
