Attila Mizerák has a strong background in engineering and quality management. Attila started their career at Tatabányai Rugógyártó Kft in 2001 as a Technology Engineer, where they worked until 2004. Attila then joined Vincotech in 2004, initially as a Quality Engineer. Attila later transitioned to the role of Customer Quality Engineer in 2011, and eventually became a Program Manager in 2014. At Vincotech, Attila has gained extensive experience in managing programs and ensuring customer satisfaction with product quality.
Attila Mizerák obtained their Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Quality, from the University of Miskolc, College of Dunaújváros, between 1996 and 2000. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Economics at Szegedi Tudományegyetem from 2000 to 2004.
